Kawamwaki is less than an hours drive from Nairobi and there are lovely walks and places to picnic. The farm has an active tree planting project, aiming to re-forest all the steep land along the Ruaka River frontage. Come and help us by enjoying the woods and bird life and contribute to protecting Kenya’s ecology and biodiversity. We charge a modest fee to help us with our conservation work. You can tie a trip to Kawamwaki with visits to Brown’s Cheese, the Kentmere Club and Kimethu Farm.
